How this estimate works & sources

Vacation pay uses average gross monthly earnings divided by 21 for a five-day week or 25 for a six-day week. Remaining gross salary is the regular monthly gross salary multiplied by worked days and divided by that month’s scheduled working days. Each month is calculated separately.

Supports 2026, standard five- or six-day schedules, one employer, and the ordinary 20% income-tax regime. Assumes no other absences, benefits or bonuses in the affected months. Special tax regimes, minimum-wage adjustments, social-package health premiums, changes in insurance enrollment, and employer-specific schedules are not modeled. Future government calendar changes may affect results.

This is income attributed to the affected months, not a bank-transfer schedule. Vacation pay is generally due at least three days before leave; payroll determines actual withholding and settlement dates.
